EvergreenCFO, an outsourced or fractional CFO company, was founded by Lisa P. Rawls in 1995.  The company provides the full range of Chief Financial Officer services on a outsourced basis to start-up, rapidly growing or troubled companies who require the expertise and experience of a high level financial officer but are not yet ready for a full-time CFO. A native of Atlanta and a Georgia Tech Industrial Management graduate, Lisa Rawls’ 25+ year financial career in commercial banking and financial consulting enables her to bring highly customized solutions to her clients in the areas of cash flow management, strategic planning, banking & finance, accounting, risk management, equity, mergers & acquisitions, HR management, employee benefits, wealth/planning, and CEO coaching.
